Dehring Meets New American Ambassador

Managing Director & CEO of ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 Chris Dehring paid a courtesy call on new US Ambassador to Jamaica, Mrs. Brenda Johnson, at the latter’s Kingston office last Friday morning. The brief meeting was an opportunity for Dehring, who was accompanied by Venue Development Director Donald Lockerbie – an American citizen – to underscore the importance of the 16-team tournament to the region in terms of its size, scale and the thousands of visitors expected throughout the nine Host Venues.  DETAILS

Antigua And Barbuda To Commence Issuing Machine Readable Passports In January

The passports which meet International Civil Aviation Organisation ICAO regulations will be issued in three colours and categories: Regular Passport - blue in colour; Official Passport - green in colour; Diplomatic Passport - red in colour. The passports bear the CARICOM logo, which identifies Antigua and Barbuda as a member state of the regional grouping and the Coat of Arms of Antigua and Barbuda which will be on the cover of the document.  DETAILS
