Mrs. Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Denied Access To Canada

According to her office, Ms. Mandela was packed today and ready to travel to the airport with her daughter (Zindzi Mandela, the daughter of Nelson Mandela and his former wife Winnie) when she was informed that her visa had been denied by the Canadian Embassy in South Africa.   DETAILS

Guyanese Terror Suspect Surrenders

Authorities say four men, including a former airport employee, had planned to blow up the airport by targeting the facility's enormous fuel tanks. The other three suspects were arrested Friday and Saturday, one in New York City and the others in Trinidad. Three of the suspects are from Guyana, the other from Trinidad. The former airport employee is a naturalized U.S. citizen.   DETAILS
